- To promote and maintain an efficient and economical civil air transport and general
aviation service system and to facilitate the provision of secure and safe air transportation;
- To develop domestic and international air transportation networks and to ensure
a reliable and long lasting air transport system;

Our Mission
To ensure safe, efficient and economic
air transport(Civil Aviation) service through the enforcement of international and
national laws, regulations and rules as well as implementing progressive development
plans with respect to aviation.
