Operational oversight
Effective implementation of facilitation measures related to movement of passengers, cargo, mails, and baggage.
Conducting inspections and audits at international and domestic airports.
Forwarding recommendations to maximize facilitation efficiency at all national airports.
Reviewing and approving individual airport facilitation programs.
Certification services
Issuance of crew member certificates (CMC) to appropriate airline operators registered in Ethiopia.
Maintaining records and standards for personnel facilitation documents.
Ensuring implementation of facilitation standards through dedicated audits and inspections.
